5 weeks old now, it was another busy week, play outside, eat, sleep, play with Mom, play with each other, sleep, eat… We did expand the PuppyPan and there is now space for eating, sleeping, playing and a potty area. The pups are doing a really good job of usually going to the weepads and shavings to go potty. 

As of now, 5 of the 6 puppies are reserved and only Jenny has not been reserved yet. The first vet visit for the pups is scheduled for 9/24 and we expect this litter to start going to their new homes on October 2nd.

The pups are going outside at least once a day, now that its cooling off a bit, we are trying to get them out twice a day. First we go down to the grass and the pups play with Shelby, then some or all wander up to the patio, eventually they all get up to the patio and play some more and eventually start falling asleep.

5 week weights - all the pups are over 500% over birthweight gain

Curtiss and Fairchild/Maddie - tied at 75 ounces

Taylor at 71.5 ounces

Stinson at 66.5 followed closely by Jenny at 65.5 ounces

Bellanca/Bella staying our smallest at 56.5 ounces
